Sally Angell, Centralia, new Missouri Beef Industry Council member is attending her first Cattle Industry Convention in Phoenix, AZ.
Chuck Zimmerman caught up to her while she was attending the New Products Exchange presented by the Beef Innovations Group.
Sally talks about her impressions so far and why development of new products is so important to improving beef demand.
