MOBeef Update

This is the last of our reports from the Cattle Industry Convention. Chuck Zimmerman interviews MBIC board member, Andy Cloud, who serves as the representative of the Missouri Meat Processors Association. Andy also serves on the Beef Board Research and Safety Committee. He says that it’s very important to continue efforts to make sure beef products are safe for consumers.
